Every product that you purchase from Vavand must meet your expectations. If you’re not satisfied that it’s practical, reliable, and useful, then return it to us within 30 days, postage prepaid, along with a copy of your invoice. You’ll owe nothing. No strings attached. If you’ve prepaid, you’ll receive a prompt refund of your money.

Our 30-day return policy is offered to all customers and we are proud of that fact. All that we request is that you return the product within 30 days of receipt. However, beyond 30 days, and/or if the product purchased is damaged in your possession, we cannot accept the return.

 For a return or replacement of your product, please contact our customer service department or send an e-mail for a Return Authorization number. Please return the product in original condition, shipping prepaid, and include all packaging, documentation and, if application, its warranty card, and you are entitled to a refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges.

To receive a RA (Return Authorization) number, please contact our customer sevice department at 720-725-5813, or send an e-mail to Smartway@wishluxury.com. Please provide the following information to customer service in order to receive the RA number:

  1. Order confirmation number, or customer PO number from the packing slip.
  2. The name of the product that is being returned.
  3. Customer name.
  4. Reason for return (defective, DOA, non-defective).
  5. Request for either refund or replacement.
  6. Customer e-mail address.

In compliance with our Return Authorization Policy:

  1. Any defective product must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
  2. Remember to include your packing slip or invoice from the original order so we can track the return easily.
  3. Return the product with shipping prepaid.
  4. All items must be in “as-new” condition, in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
  5. The RA is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. The RA number must appear on your return packing label on the outside of the box.
